Requirements

  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, digital solutions, or B2B consultative selling roles.
  • Strong background in the restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles and consistently close deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building mindset with the ability to initiate and develop business conversations.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully commission-based compensation model.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Zoho or similar tools for pipeline management.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly disciplined in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective restaurant partners through cold outreach, networking, and targeted prospecting activities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to restaurant owners, general managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to negotiation, objection handling, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Zoho, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-ups.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients to support retention and future growth opportunities.
  • Communicate value propositions clearly, positioning digital ordering and marketing solutions as revenue-driving tools.
  • Collaborate remotely with internal teams to align on sales strategies and market opportunities.
