Requirements
- Proven experience in SaaS sales, digital solutions, or B2B consultative selling roles.
- Strong background in the restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles and consistently close deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building mindset with the ability to initiate and develop business conversations.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully commission-based compensation model.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Zoho or similar tools for pipeline management.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly disciplined in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective restaurant partners through cold outreach, networking, and targeted prospecting activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to restaurant owners, general managers, and key decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to negotiation, objection handling, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Zoho, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-ups.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients to support retention and future growth opportunities.
- Communicate value propositions clearly, positioning digital ordering and marketing solutions as revenue-driving tools.
- Collaborate remotely with internal teams to align on sales strategies and market opportunities.
