Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, engineering, consulting, or startup environments.
- Significant ownership in regulated financial systems or infrastructure products.
- Hands-on experience with money movement systems (ACH, wire transfers, RTP, FedNow, FX flows).
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (NACHA, FINRA/SEC, AML/BSA, OFAC).
- Track record of owning and executing complex, multi-stream product roadmaps.
- Experience as a senior individual contributor driving execution without direct reports.
- Strong communication skills for technical and executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency with data tools such as SQL and BI platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own the full product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for the money movement and settlements domain.
- Drive execution across multiple parallel workstreams.
- Define and evolve scalable money movement APIs and settlement frameworks.
- Make strategic build-vs-buy, partner integration, and sequencing decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering, treasury, compliance, legal, and partnerships teams.
- Lead discovery with partners and stakeholders to define roadmaps.
- Track adoption and performance metrics such as settlement success rates and funding speed.
