Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise program/portfolio management, process excellence, or digital technology leadership roles.
- Proven experience operating in large-scale, global, matrixed organizations, ideally within regulated industries.
- Strong expertise in translating strategic objectives into execution roadmaps and governance structures.
- Deep understanding of portfolio management, program governance, Agile delivery, and SDLC frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across complex organizations.
- Strong leadership experience managing teams and external partners.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to evaluate trade-offs and drive value realization.
- Preferred certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Prosci.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise program and project delivery governance through standardized frameworks, gated reviews, and structured execution models.
- Ensure alignment of technology investments with strategic priorities, business outcomes, and measurable value delivery.
- Establish and maintain portfolio governance structures, including prioritization frameworks, escalation paths, and decision-making models.
- Oversee resource allocation, risk management, and performance tracking across major initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Implement operating mechanisms such as OKR cadences, executive reviews, dashboards, and performance reporting systems.
- Embed governance practices into Agile and SDLC frameworks to ensure transparency and alignment with strategic goals.
- Drive simplification and standardization of governance, review, and approval processes across global teams and regions.
- Build and lead a center of excellence for program and portfolio governance, fostering adoption of best practices across the enterprise.
- Manage and mentor a team of program and portfolio management professionals as well as external consulting partners.
