Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise process excellence, or 8+ years with an advanced degree.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in regulated industries such as life sciences, healthcare, or financial services.
  • Strong expertise in operational excellence methodologies including Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and IT service management frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into scalable operational execution.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills across global, matrixed environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience building high-performing teams and influencing enterprise-wide change and adoption.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, complex, and evolving organizational environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide process and service excellence initiatives across global technology and operations functions, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and operating models.
  • Simplify, standardize, and harmonize business processes and service delivery using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, A3 Thinking, Design Thinking, Agile, Systems Thinking, and ITIL-4.
  • Drive continuous improvement programs to enhance scalability, cost efficiency, service quality, and end-user experience across global operations.
  • Establish and oversee operational metrics, dashboards, and governance mechanisms linking performance to business outcomes and OKRs/strategic objectives.
  • Lead structured problem-solving efforts for critical business issues, including CAPA, audit findings, and other operational challenges.
  • Build and scale a global center of excellence and communities of practice, fostering adoption of operational excellence principles across the enterprise.
  • Influence operating model decisions, transformation prioritization, and service delivery strategies in partnership with senior stakeholders.
  • Manage and develop a distributed team of process excellence professionals and external consulting partners.
