Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in technology, software development, infrastructure, or digital transformation environments.
  • Strong knowledge of agile and traditional methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK, SAFe, or similar frameworks).
  • Experience with portfolio management, project prioritization, KPIs, and executive reporting.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Advanced English and Spanish proficiency for international stakeholder interaction.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar certifications are highly desirable.
  • Experience in consulting firms, large-scale enterprise environments, or digital transformation programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and defined risk parameters.
  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Lead project ceremonies and ensure effective execution across agile and traditional methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid frameworks.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, executives, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all parties.
  • Support portfolio management activities, including prioritization, roadmap planning, and alignment with OKRs and business strategy.
  • Ensure contractual, technical, and operational compliance of all project deliverables.
  • Contribute to governance structuring, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives within the project management function.
  • Coordinate meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders, including international teams when required.
  • Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and continuous monitoring of project health indicators.
