Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex technology projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban).
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira and MS Project.
- Understanding of software delivery lifecycle, DevOps practices, infrastructure, and IT security concepts.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent executive communication skills with experience interacting with senior leadership.
- MBA or postgraduate specialization in Project Management or Business Management is a plus.
- Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, or SAFe are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical thinking, leadership mindset, and ability to operate in complex environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technology projects ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and business objectives.
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects, managing dependencies, synergies, and program-level integration.
- Control and balance key project dimensions including scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage resource allocation and ensure optimal utilization across project initiatives.
- Prepare executive-level reports and summaries to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks while maintaining transparency and predictability for stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, business units, and senior leadership (C-level).
- Ensure delivery excellence within defined budgets, timelines, and governance standards.
