Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex technology projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban).
Experience with project management tools such as Jira and MS Project.
Understanding of software delivery lifecycle, DevOps practices, infrastructure, and IT security concepts.
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent executive communication skills with experience interacting with senior leadership.
MBA or postgraduate specialization in Project Management or Business Management is a plus.
Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, or SAFe are highly desirable.
Strong analytical thinking, leadership mindset, and ability to operate in complex environments.

Lead and manage technology projects ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and business objectives.
Oversee multiple concurrent projects, managing dependencies, synergies, and program-level integration.
Control and balance key project dimensions including scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Manage resource allocation and ensure optimal utilization across project initiatives.
Prepare executive-level reports and summaries to support strategic decision-making.
Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks while maintaining transparency and predictability for stakeholders.
Facilitate communication between technical teams, business units, and senior leadership (C-level).
Ensure delivery excellence within defined budgets, timelines, and governance standards.
