Requirements
- Fluent Spanish is required.
- Experience in Customer Onboarding, Customer Success, Professional Services, Project Implementation, or Client Services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience managing multiple projects.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Intermediate or advanced English proficiency (advantage).
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (plus).
Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding and implementation journey for LATAM indirect channel clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding process.
- Gather business requirements and map operational processes.
- Lead project kick-off meetings and status updates.
- Develop project documentation, implementation plans, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and identify risks.
- Support clients during system implementation and integration activities.
- Configure and parameterize solutions.
- Deliver remote and on-site training sessions.
- Drive customer adoption and engagement.
