Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish is required.
  • Experience in Customer Onboarding, Customer Success, Professional Services, Project Implementation, or Client Services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple projects.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Intermediate or advanced English proficiency (advantage).
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (plus).

Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding and implementation journey for LATAM indirect channel clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding process.
  • Gather business requirements and map operational processes.
  • Lead project kick-off meetings and status updates.
  • Develop project documentation, implementation plans, and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and identify risks.
  • Support clients during system implementation and integration activities.
  • Configure and parameterize solutions.
  • Deliver remote and on-site training sessions.
  • Drive customer adoption and engagement.
