Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Marketing, Business, Communication, Data, or related fields.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing app acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Native Ads.
- Experience with mobile measurement platforms (MMPs) and campaign attribution tools.
- Strong understanding of Android and iOS mobile ecosystems and app acquisition dynamics.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Solid knowledge of conversion funnel analysis and optimization strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Differential: experience with Adjust, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI), or basic SQL knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition strategies focused on sustainable and scalable app growth.
- Manage campaigns across multiple media channels including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Native Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators throughout the acquisition funnel to support strategic decision-making.
- Generate insights from campaign and behavioral data to identify optimization opportunities and improve results.
- Test new channels, creatives, audiences, and growth hypotheses to maximize acquisition performance.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, CRO, Technology, and Commercial teams to evolve acquisition strategies and user experience.
- Stay updated on digital marketing, mobile growth, and app acquisition trends and best practices.
- Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to knowledge sharing and team development.
