Requirements
- Experience or strong knowledge of paid media platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of performance metrics (CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS) and campaign analysis.
- Basic knowledge of conversion funnels and lead generation strategies.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and/or Google Tag Manager.
- Experience working with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel or similar platforms.
- Availability to work during business hours in a structured operational environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and optimization opportunities.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and CRO principles is a plus.
- Experience in B2B campaigns or SaaS lead generation is considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads focused on lead generation and performance.
- Manage campaign budgets, adjusting bids, targeting, and creatives to improve results and ROI.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Support the creation and execution of A/B tests for ads, audiences, and campaign variations.
- Contribute to improvements in landing pages and creative assets to increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, to align lead quality and marketing strategy.
- Support reporting and analysis of campaign performance using structured data and marketing tools.
