Requirements

  • Experience or strong knowledge of paid media platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Understanding of performance metrics (CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS) and campaign analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of conversion funnels and lead generation strategies.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and/or Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience working with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel or similar platforms.
  • Availability to work during business hours in a structured operational environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and optimization opportunities.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and CRO principles is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B campaigns or SaaS lead generation is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads focused on lead generation and performance.
  • Manage campaign budgets, adjusting bids, targeting, and creatives to improve results and ROI.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Support the creation and execution of A/B tests for ads, audiences, and campaign variations.
  • Contribute to improvements in landing pages and creative assets to increase conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, to align lead quality and marketing strategy.
  • Support reporting and analysis of campaign performance using structured data and marketing tools.
