Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations, consent management, and data quality

Responsibilities

  • Plan, structure, and implement complex CRM and marketing automation journeys
  • Develop communication flows for onboarding, cross-sell, upsell, retention, and churn reduction
  • Act as a strategic and technical reference for Marketing Automation initiatives
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Martech, and Data teams to define KPIs
  • Build and maintain automations, triggers, segmentations, and integrations
  • Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Generate reports and insights related to CAC, LTV, and RFV
  • Support testing strategies such as A/B experiments
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and contribute to data governance and LGPD compliance
