Requirements

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with privacy regulations, consent management, and data quality
Responsibilities
- Plan, structure, and implement complex CRM and marketing automation journeys
- Develop communication flows for onboarding, cross-sell, upsell, retention, and churn reduction
- Act as a strategic and technical reference for Marketing Automation initiatives
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Martech, and Data teams to define KPIs
- Build and maintain automations, triggers, segmentations, and integrations
- Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot issues
- Generate reports and insights related to CAC, LTV, and RFV
- Support testing strategies such as A/B experiments
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and contribute to data governance and LGPD compliance
