Requirements

  • Solid academic background in Statistics, Data Science, Data Engineering, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder).
  • Practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (ingestion, identity resolution, audience activation, data modeling).
  • Strong SQL skills for data manipulation, transformation, and segmentation.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS applied to email marketing and campaign assets.
  • Experience in campaign analytics and performance tracking.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and structured approach to data governance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in agile, cross-functional teams.
  • Proactivity in identifying improvements and optimizing CRM processes.
  • Experience in financial services, cooperatives, or acquiring industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key contributor in CRM strategy execution, leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud to unify customer data, build audiences, enrich profiles, and activate segments across campaigns.
  • Configure, optimize, and maintain customer journeys using Journey Builder.
  • Develop and manage marketing automations and data integrations through Automation Studio.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize SQL queries for segmentation, data manipulation, and audience targeting.
  • Work with data modeling and relationships across Data Extensions and Data Cloud, ensuring consistency and governance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rate, click rate, conversion, opt-out) and translate insights into improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional squads to evolve CRM strategies.
