Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success with a focus on sales or expansion, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven companies.
  • Strong experience in consultative sales, including negotiation, objection handling, and value-based selling.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered products and digital solutions, with the ability to translate technical features into business benefits.
  • Experience managing sales pipelines using CRM tools such as Pipedrive or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, concise, and value-driven messaging.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize sales and customer engagement processes.
  • Strong organization, time management, and ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work cross-functionally with CS, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the expansion pipeline, ensuring accurate CRM tracking and continuous updates of customer opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, simplifying complex features and clearly communicating value propositions tailored to customer needs.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, handling objections effectively and guiding clients through to successful deal closure.
  • Build trust with customers by clearly positioning the product’s capabilities, limitations, and expected outcomes in a transparent and consultative way.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between customer needs, product capabilities, and expansion strategies.
  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement across multiple interactions, ensuring responsiveness and strong follow-up throughout the pipeline.
  • Contribute insights from customer interactions to improve product positioning, sales strategy, and overall customer experience.
