Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign execution within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, and digital marketing channels.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Experience in lifecycle marketing or product launch campaigns is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and workflows is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns supporting product launches, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and customer growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, messaging, timelines, and execution plans in collaboration with Product Marketing and Customer Growth teams.
  • Manage campaign deployment across email, paid media, webinars, digital programs, landing pages, and events.
  • Maintain campaign calendars and ensure smooth, timely execution of all marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization and improved pipeline impact.
  • Run A/B tests and experiments to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall marketing efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align campaigns with go-to-market priorities.
  • Ensure campaigns support broader revenue, engagement, and customer retention objectives.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance campaign creation, segmentation, content iteration, and performance optimization.
