Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in lead generation, demand generation, outbound prospecting, business development, or enterprise sales with a strong focus on top-of-funnel activities.
- Proven track record of generating qualified sales opportunities and building pipeline within complex B2B environments.
- Experience working within biotech, pharmaceutical, CRO, clinical research, healthcare technology, or related life sciences sectors is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and the ability to engage senior decision-makers across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated ability to independently design, execute, and optimize prospecting and engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or comparable customer relationship management systems.
- Excellent communication, networking, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and qualify high-potential opportunities.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute independent lead generation and pipeline development strategies targeting biotech, pharmaceutical, CRO, and government research organizations across Europe.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through self-managed channels including email campaigns, professional networking platforms, industry events, and direct outreach activities.
- Identify, engage, and nurture prospective clients to generate awareness and interest in advanced clinical research and AI-enabled technology solutions.
- Conduct initial qualification discussions to assess business needs, commercial viability, and alignment with solution offerings.
- Build and maintain a structured pipeline of prospects, tracking opportunities and engagement progress through preferred CRM or business development tools.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, funding initiatives, and emerging opportunities within clinical research, eClinical technologies, and AI-driven healthcare innovation.
- Design, implement, and optimize outreach campaigns, messaging strategies, and account targeting approaches to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Provide periodic outcome-focused reporting on lead generation activities, qualified opportunities, and pipeline development results.
- Represent the organization at relevant conferences, networking events, and industry gatherings when appropriate.
