Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on technical troubleshooting experience.
  • 2+ years managing enterprise or large accounts within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience working within the United States public sector.
  • Working knowledge of front-end web technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML, RESTful APIs).
  • Experience with back-end development practices, OAuth 2.0, and SAML Single Sign-On.
  • Proficiency in at least two technical domains: SQL, iPaaS (Workato, Zapier), or BI tools (Snowflake, Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Strong project management mindset.
  • Ready and willing to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Translate customer business goals and eLearning objectives into long-term technical strategies.
  • Take complete technical ownership of the Docebo-customer relationship.
  • Create and deliver high-impact presentations regarding performance and contractual SLAs.
  • Monitor and assess technical health including API usage, integrations, and session trends.
  • Collaborate with internal Premium Advisors to analyze support case patterns.
  • Support the preparation and execution of small proof-of-concept projects.
  • Serve as the central technical liaison between customer executive stakeholders and internal teams.
