Requirements
- 5+ years of accounting experience with multi-entity or multi-jurisdiction exposure.
- Expert-level QuickBooks proficiency.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, UAE VAT, and China accounting standards.
- CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification.
- Strong command of English.
- Hands-on experience with AI-based finance tools (e.g., Botkeeper, Vic.ai, Docyt, Fathom).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
- Proficiency with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily finance operations between accounting teams in three jurisdictions.
- Manage intercompany reconciliations, multi-currency transactions, and cross-border cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, UAE VAT, and China's Golden Tax System.
- Lead cross-border finance sync calls across time zones.
- Implement AI-powered tools for bookkeeping automation and intelligent forecasting.
- Own the company’s QuickBooks ecosystem end-to-end.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements across all entities.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors in each market.
- Build dashboards and KPI frameworks for leadership.
