Requirements

  • Advanced Google Sheets and Excel skills (complex formulas and data structuring)
  • Strong ability to identify discrepancies and analyze financial data
  • High attention to detail and accuracy mindset
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Clear written and verbal English communication

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and reconcile financial records across multiple entities
  • Ensure accuracy of transactions in QuickBooks
  • Identify discrepancies and resolve issues proactively
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries
  • Build and maintain tracking systems in Google Sheets / Excel
  • Track property-level expenses, capital expenditures (CapEx), and interest activity
  • Conduct follow-ups with banks and vendors
  • Improve financial workflows and document processes for scalability
