Requirements
- Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial operations
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (multi-entity preferred)
- Advanced Google Sheets and Excel skills (complex formulas and data structuring)
- Strong ability to identify discrepancies and analyze financial data
- High attention to detail and accuracy mindset
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Clear written and verbal English communication
Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile financial records across multiple entities
- Ensure accuracy of transactions in QuickBooks
- Identify discrepancies and resolve issues proactively
- Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries
- Build and maintain tracking systems in Google Sheets / Excel
- Track property-level expenses, capital expenditures (CapEx), and interest activity
- Conduct follow-ups with banks and vendors
- Improve financial workflows and document processes for scalability
