Responsibilities

  • Drive the full talent acquisition cycle for assigned roles.
  • Proactively source candidates for business critical or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on job descriptions and candidate shortlists.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
  • Onboard new hires and ensure systems are ready for their success.
  • Own the employee experience interface, transitioning manual support to automated self-service.
  • Create and maintain documentation.
  • Ensure data integrity across People Systems.
  • Implement talent and people programs supporting company culture and growth.
