Responsibilities
- Drive the full talent acquisition cycle for assigned roles.
- Proactively source candidates for business critical or hard-to-fill roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to align on job descriptions and candidate shortlists.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
- Onboard new hires and ensure systems are ready for their success.
- Own the employee experience interface, transitioning manual support to automated self-service.
- Create and maintain documentation.
- Ensure data integrity across People Systems.
- Implement talent and people programs supporting company culture and growth.
