Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on HR/People Operations experience.
- Expertise in full employee lifecycle support.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment documentation, and compliance.
- Experience with a modern HRIS, Workday preferred.
- Proven track record of mapping, documenting, and improving processes/SOPs.
- Experience managing complex HR cases or tiered ticketing models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with data analytics, reporting, or BI tools is a plus.
- Experience with contingent workforce programs is a plus.
- Interest or experience in AI-powered tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive system design and process mapping to identify automation opportunities.
- Act as liaison to the HR AI Lead to develop and deploy AI-enabled prototypes.
- Resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 exception cases using regulatory and employment law knowledge.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle and compliance for the flexible/contingent workforce.
- Lead HRIS audits and design robust governance controls for data integrity.
- Create and maintain SOPs and runbooks for procedural scenarios.
- Facilitate the transition to an HR Shared Services delivery model.
- Provide empathetic support to employees and managers on complex scenarios.
- Establish performance metrics to measure AI workflow efficiency and cost savings.
