Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on HR/People Operations experience.
  • Expertise in full employee lifecycle support.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment documentation, and compliance.
  • Experience with a modern HRIS, Workday preferred.
  • Proven track record of mapping, documenting, and improving processes/SOPs.
  • Experience managing complex HR cases or tiered ticketing models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with data analytics, reporting, or BI tools is a plus.
  • Experience with contingent workforce programs is a plus.
  • Interest or experience in AI-powered tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive system design and process mapping to identify automation opportunities.
  • Act as liaison to the HR AI Lead to develop and deploy AI-enabled prototypes.
  • Resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 exception cases using regulatory and employment law knowledge.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle and compliance for the flexible/contingent workforce.
  • Lead HRIS audits and design robust governance controls for data integrity.
  • Create and maintain SOPs and runbooks for procedural scenarios.
  • Facilitate the transition to an HR Shared Services delivery model.
  • Provide empathetic support to employees and managers on complex scenarios.
  • Establish performance metrics to measure AI workflow efficiency and cost savings.
