Responsibilities
- Build and improve backend APIs for client onboarding and billing
- Capture and manage critical data for record keeping and auditing
- Support transaction monitoring and screening systems
- Develop solutions for risk detection, fraud prevention, and anti-money laundering
- Collaborate with compliance, finance, and legal departments
- Lead medium-to-large multi-person projects from end-to-end
- Mentor and guide team members
- Break down large projects into actionable tasks with accurate estimates
