Requirements
- Active Secret clearance (TS or TS/SCI strongly preferred).
- 5+ years of industrial security or FSO experience.
- Deep knowledge of NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117) and DCSA processes.
- Proficiency with DISS, NBIS, or equivalent security systems.
- Experience managing FCL and conducting DCSA self-inspections.
- FSO Certification through CDSE or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in security management, information assurance, cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of personnel security clearances using DISS/NBIS.
- Serve as primary liaison with DCSA and cognizant security authorities.
- Conduct security briefings and annual security awareness training.
- Maintain and manage Facility Clearance (FCL) per NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117).
- Oversee physical security controls and classified information handling.
- Develop and track corrective action plans based on self-inspections.
- Review DD Form 254s and coordinate with IT/DevSecOps teams.
- Investigate and report security incidents and violations to DCSA.
- Support CMMC assessments and government inspections.
