8+ years of Product Management experience, specifically within Ads Quality or building Advertiser-facing products.
Proven track record as an experienced people manager with a focus on talent development.
A history of developing product visions that result in quantifiable business growth.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable product insights.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to align cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
Experience managing people managers and leading multi-layered organizations (preferred).
A background in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (preferred).
Experience leading Machine Learning product teams or shipping ML-driven features (preferred).

Hire, mentor, and develop a world-class team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Define and champion the long-term product vision for advertising products; translate complex advertiser needs into a cohesive, high-impact roadmap.
Collaborate seamlessly with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, and Marketing to launch products that drive measurable advertiser success.
Own key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive the end-to-end execution of features within the product suite.
Craft compelling product narratives and present strategic updates to diverse stakeholders, including the executive leadership team.
Stay at the forefront of ad tech evolution, identifying emerging opportunities to keep Reddit Ads ahead of the curve.
