Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, ERP implementation, and systems improvement.
- Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and US GAAP principles.
- Experience in waterfall and agile project management.
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional systems teams.
- Experience defining roadmaps and prioritizing backlogs.
- Direct experience with multi-tenant cloud enterprise architectures and SaaS integrations.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing data pipelines.
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct, Coupa, or Navan.
- Knowledge of integration patterns (JSON/XML, REST/SOAP, webhooks) and security controls.
- Experience in audit and compliance frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Shape and champion core finance systems strategy to improve operational workflows.
- Develop and own a strategic 3-year finance system transformation roadmap.
- Drive end-to-end digital transformation in collaboration with IT, Project Management, and business teams.
- Serve as finance systems product owner to drive continuous improvement and data accuracy.
- Manage ERP architecture risks and ensure compliance with financial activities.
- Lead cross-functional governance and execute system-related policies.
- Define adoption and success metrics for financial systems.
- Act as finance automation & AI lead to design agentic workflows.
- Manage ERP budget and cost efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a small ERP systems team of 2 direct reports.
