- Previous experience working on frontend platform initiatives.
- Track record of delivering front-end experiences.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Proven track record leading and shipping user-facing experiences.
- Strong communication skills and relationship building.
- Experience communicating with senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Drive initiatives to deliver value to users with high-quality, maintainable software.
- Navigate trade-offs and drive alignment across user experience portfolios.
- Communicate project goals, scope, and risks to stakeholders.
- Build and iterate on engineering processes for high-performing teams.
- Conduct 1-1 meetings to discuss technical work and professional development.
- Support developers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Create an inclusive team environment.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, Operations, and Data Science teams.
