Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s a plus
- 7+ years experience in project management within a healthcare agency environment
- Detailed knowledge of pharmaceutical brand marketing including broadcast, print, digital, and MLR review
- Experience in estimating, staffing, and managing fee budgets over $5MM
- Expert skill level with MS Office suite
- Expert skill level with MS Project or Smartsheet
- Expert skill level with JIRA, Asana, and CMS platforms
- Strong experience with traditional and digital campaigns
- Knowledge of agile, hybrid, and waterfall project methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of project delivery from scoping and definition to execution
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and programs as a delivery lead
- Drive operational excellence and roadmap planning
- Lead cross-functional teams and liaise with department managers
- Create and streamline agency workflows and project management processes
- Lead and mentor APMs, PMs, and SPMs
- Manage client relationships and represent agency operations in meetings
- Handle estimation process and budget reconciliation for assigned accounts
- Forecast staffing requirements and manage resource allocation
