Requirements
- University Degree with minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or Advanced Degree with minimum 10 years experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior leaders within complex, matrixed organizations.
- 4+ years experience with effective change management and Lean tool deployment.
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 60% of the time (domestic and international).
- Advanced CORE certification (Professional / Expert) preferred.
- Experience with CI, operational excellence, and enterprise Lean Transformation.
- Experience leading large-scale, global operating system deployments.
- Six Sigma Certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Direct, lead and execute the long- and short-term strategy to ensure sustainable results that meet or exceed financial and operational targets.
- Provides primary input into talent and resource management and rewards decisions for direct reports.
- Manages resources and leads/facilitates complex projects/transformations/Events that cut across organizational, functional, and internal boundaries.
- Establishes operational plans in support of policy deployment goals and initiatives.
- Accountable for establishing metrics and ensuring targets are met including event/project closure results.
- Drives/facilitates resolution of difficult or complex problems and manages closure actions.
- Develops and manages improvement and implementation of processes and standards.
- Coaching, mentoring, and training individuals and organizations on their CORE & CI journey.
- Interface directly with Executives/Management to influence and lead CORE/CI culture.
- Facilitates/Sponsors kaizen/CI events including leadership weeks.
