- Experienced using AI tools in your daily workflow
- 10+ years of Labor sales management, relationships, and experience
- 10+ years of sales team leadership & management experience
- Expertise in healthcare, health benefits, digital solutions, or disease management
- Relevant sales experience within the benefits or wellness space
- Established network of professional contacts to build new pipeline
- Experience selling direct, via channel partners, and consultants
- Fluency in relationship-building with decision-makers
- Excellent poise, presentation skills, and strong writing skills
- Willingness to travel extensively as needed
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed established sales goals
- Proven ability to develop, motivate, and guide a sales team of direct reports to excel
- Consistently meet or exceed team objectives/quota (annual $8M+)
- Ongoing coaching/mentorship to continue compelling presentations to prospective clients, consultants, partners, and others
- Stay informed of products, roadmap, and competitive differentiation
- Develop and maintain intra-company relationships
- Understand the client’s business strategy, challenges, and opportunities
- Facilitate a smooth transition from Sales to the Customer Success team
