Requirements
- 3+ years of NP experience
- 2+ years in adult oncology with urgent care responsibilities
- 1+ year of telehealth experience
- Unrestricted Advanced Practice license
- Compact RN license
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
- Experience with video chatting, Google Suite, Slack, and Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage members with urgent symptoms, treatment complications, or medical condition exacerbations.
- Assess symptoms, develop care plans, triage care, and ensure follow-up with primary/oncology clinicians.
- Complete annual clinical intake visits.
- Develop care plans addressing clinical and non-clinical needs in collaboration with onboarding RNs.
- Review medical records and provide clinical insights to the care team.
- Oversee and direct interdisciplinary case conferences.
- Provide clinical oversight to case management teams.
- Participate in emergency coverage as needed.
