Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (science, business, etc.).
- Proven track record in healthcare or medical sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or AI healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including familiarity with cancer diagnostics tests and/or treatments.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients as needed.
- Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- 5-8 Years of Relevant Sales Experience in Oncology/Urology (Strongly Preferred).
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key healthcare institutions, oncologists, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify new opportunities for product adoption and expansion.
- Effectively communicate the value of AI-based medical tests to healthcare providers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics.
- Work closely with our Marketing team to align sales efforts with product launches.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
- Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM.
