Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (science, business, etc.).
  • Proven track record in healthcare or medical sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or AI healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including familiarity with cancer diagnostics tests and/or treatments.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients as needed.
  • Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
  • 5-8 Years of Relevant Sales Experience in Oncology/Urology (Strongly Preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key healthcare institutions, oncologists, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new opportunities for product adoption and expansion.
  • Effectively communicate the value of AI-based medical tests to healthcare providers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics.
  • Work closely with our Marketing team to align sales efforts with product launches.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
  • Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close sales deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM.
