Requirements
- 1-2 years of SaaS support experience.
- Post-secondary education, preferably in Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience supporting APIs, OAuth, OpenID, SOAP, REST, JavaScript, SQL, HL7, and XML.
- 1-2 years RDBMS experience, preferably SQL Server.
- Experience with performance monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage customer expectations.
- Strong technical investigative, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce/Service Cloud, Confluence, and Knowledge-Centered Support (KCS) is an asset.
- Exposure to AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth understanding of product and processes to identify trends impacting functionality, availability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and integration-related issues.
- Manage escalations and communicate root causes to internal/external stakeholders.
- Document user problems according to SOP.
- Maintain product expertise and assist with upskilling peers.
- Coordinate and execute meetings to resolve problems.
- Contribute to and maintain knowledge base tool.
