Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in operations, healthcare/telehealth, or a fast-paced startup.
- 1+ years of experience in credentialing and/or payer enrollment.
- Hands-on experience with CAQH Provider Data Portal and Verifiable or Medallion.
- 1+ years of experience with data analysis and visualization.
- Comfortable working in spreadsheets, interpreting metrics, and using data to manage workflows.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clinicians and internal partners.
- Curiosity about AI and eagerness to use it to create efficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day tracking and progress of clinician credentialing and payer enrollment workflows.
- Identify and resolve blockers across credentialing, enrollment, and re-credentialing processes.
- Support clinicians by guiding them through requirements and resolving documentation issues.
- Monitor re-attestation, re-credentialing, and ongoing compliance requirements.
- Analyze credentialing and enrollment data to surface trends and risks.
- Prepare clear reporting for internal stakeholders, audits, and leadership.
- Identify process gaps and help implement improvements.
- Provide subject matter expertise on credentialing and payer enrollment operations.
- Review clinician licensure and collaborate to increase clinician capacity and earnings.
