Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a technical background.
- Strong experience working with SaaS products, APIs, and backend systems.
- Proven experience creating process diagrams and flows using BPMN.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams alongside developers, testers, and designers.
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly.
- Fluent in Polish (C2) and communicative English (B2).
- Independent and well-organized work style.
Responsibilities
- Gather and translate business and functional requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and PRDs.
- Analyze backend processes, system dependencies, APIs, and integrations.
- Facilitate PRD Walkthrough sessions with engineering and stakeholders.
- Verify delivered features against business goals and functional acceptance criteria.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and edge cases early in the development cycle.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to define product decisions.
- Create process diagrams and workflows using BPMN.
