Requirements
- 3–5 years experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or recent NAV projects.
- Strong AL development skills including extensions, events, and debugging.
- Solid ERP understanding, specifically Finance fundamentals (GL, AP, AR, dimensions).
- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and user stories.
- Working knowledge of integrations using REST/OData APIs.
- Ability to communicate complex trade-offs to business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience with BC implementations/rollouts is a plus.
- Knowledge of RDLC/Word reporting or Power Platform is a plus.
- Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, or Jira.
- Microsoft certifications (BC/Power Platform) are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Run workshops with business owners in Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Warehouse.
- Document current and target processes and identify gaps.
- Convert business requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Customize pages, code units, reports, and document layouts.
- Build and maintain BC APIs and integration endpoints.
- Integrate BC with external systems like banking, WMS, EDI, and BI.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and iterative delivery.
- Provide 2nd/3rd-line support for production issues.
