Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience
- Experience working across multiple different Salesforce environments
- Background working for smaller boutique agencies
- Strong technical understanding as admin, developer, or consultant
- Proven client-facing experience
- Ability to create documentation like user stories, design documents, data models, and data flow diagrams
- Comfortable leading virtual meetings and building rapport
Responsibilities
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with customers
- Document client needs, create user stories and design documents
- Create prototypes to show customers before development begins
- Conduct demos of work completed by the development team
- Collect feedback from customers
- Assist during UAT to ensure functionality
- Train customers on new functionality
- Assist with data imports and migrations
