Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience as a Media Planner, Media Buyer, or Research Analyst at a Media Agency.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, MS Access, and SQL.
  • High proficiency in generative AI research assistants (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT).
  • Proven ability to visualize data and present actionable insights in PowerPoint.
  • Strong familiarity with European media brands, publishers, and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Research macro, business, and media dynamics across key markets.
  • Maintain inputs and variables for media advertising spend models.
  • Forecast trends in media usage, engagement, rates, and ad spend.
  • Qualify advertisers and publishers to define market value.
  • Optimize and standardize operational workflows.
  • Perform data calibration, validation, and quality assurance.
  • Maintain continuity for monthly production-grade, client-facing data updates.
  • Compile documentation and report on emerging trends.
  • Synthesize data into visual insights for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal Product, Client Success, and Marketing teams.
