Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience as a Media Planner, Media Buyer, or Research Analyst at a Media Agency.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, MS Access, and SQL.
- High proficiency in generative AI research assistants (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT).
- Proven ability to visualize data and present actionable insights in PowerPoint.
- Strong familiarity with European media brands, publishers, and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Research macro, business, and media dynamics across key markets.
- Maintain inputs and variables for media advertising spend models.
- Forecast trends in media usage, engagement, rates, and ad spend.
- Qualify advertisers and publishers to define market value.
- Optimize and standardize operational workflows.
- Perform data calibration, validation, and quality assurance.
- Maintain continuity for monthly production-grade, client-facing data updates.
- Compile documentation and report on emerging trends.
- Synthesize data into visual insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal Product, Client Success, and Marketing teams.
