Requirements

- Experience with IT Infrastructure projects (office buildouts, relocations, cloud migrations).
- Experience working with general contractors, AV vendors, ISPs, and procurement specialists.
- 4+ years of project management experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage scope, budget, and timeline.
- Knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Delivering high quality projects under budget and on-time.
- Providing consistent project updates to stakeholders.
- Motivating internal and external resources and arbitrating differences.
- Managing project scopes, risks, and issues.
- Managing resource needs to reach objectives.
- Engaging hardware, software, and ISP vendors for procurement.
- Developing and maintaining project management documentation.
- Contributing to process improvement organization-wide.
