Requirements
- 10+ years in Support, Training, Enablement, or Customer Education in SaaS/technology.
- 5+ years leading teams.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS delivery models, onboarding motions, and customer lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with LMS / e-learning tools.
- Experience building structured learning programs, certification programs, and credentialing.
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across Product, Engineering, Sales, and CS teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead Support and Training strategy across time zones through organization design, coverage models, and operating cadence.
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of training and support professionals.
- Foster a culture of accountability and professional development.
- Partner with Product to advocate for customer feedback and platform improvements.
- Design onboarding programs to reduce implementation time and increase adoption.
- Build role-based learning paths for various user types.
- Drive ongoing adoption through enablement campaigns.
