Requirements

  • 4–7 years of legal experience, ideally starting at a top-tier law firm followed by an in-house SaaS role.
  • Direct experience with building and managing robust channel motions.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and sales cycle.
  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end negotiations for complex enterprise SaaS transactions (MSAs, DPAs, SLAs, AI terms, etc.)
  • Partner with the Worldwide GTM Partner team to architect global reseller, distributor, and referral agreements.
  • Manage the legal complexities of partner benefits, incentives and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Deal Ops to streamline the sales cycle and develop playbooks.
  • Navigate international regulatory frameworks to support global expansion.
  • Develop and deliver training for GTM sales and partner teams regarding legal inquiries and deal cycles.
