Requirements
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Proficiency with modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean).
- Experience with ATS software (Ashby, Lever, or Greenhouse).
- Experience building or refining scalable recruiting workflows.
- Ability to work during US Eastern Time zone.
- High ownership and urgency in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Run the funnel end-to-end including intakes, screening, interviews, and closing.
- Source diverse pipelines globally using LinkedIn and advanced search techniques.
- Design and coordinate structured interviews and lightweight assessments.
- Scale recruiting engine by refining processes, playbooks, and ATS management.
- Track funnel metrics to spot bottlenecks and ship improvements.
- Calibrate on compensation and leveling, and run references.
- Coach interviewers on signal-rich questioning and decision quality.
- Provide weekly pipeline updates to the Talent Lead.
