Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT auditing or a related field.
- Experience performing audits in a federal contracting environment.
- Active Public Trust clearance or higher.
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Active CISA certification.
- CISSP or CISM certifications are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Enhance and execute mandated internal and external Cybersecurity audits for CDC IT programs.
- Collect, analyze, and submit FISMA metrics quarterly and annually.
- Conduct program and project management to address audit findings and align with strategic plans.
- Perform technical writing for audit outcomes, security assessments, and corrective action plans.
- Lead audit status and priority review meetings with CDC leadership.
- Develop and maintain audit tracking tools using Microsoft 365.
- Provide support for end-to-end remediation of audit findings and corrective action plans.
- Draft high-level briefings, inquiry responses, and Congressional briefing materials.
