Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers to solutions.
- Understand customer needs and resolve issues with care and accuracy.
- Identify sales opportunities and apply persuasive skills to upsell or upgrade services.
- Use internal systems to manage accounts and process customer requests.
- Clearly explain products, services, and procedures to customers.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team or manager.
- Ensure first-call resolution through effective communication and problem-solving.
