Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or hospitality sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities focused on achieving customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A keen interest in travel and hospitality, coupled with a desire to assist customers in their travel experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay knowledgeable about Booking.com’s services and offerings to provide accurate information and recommendations.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system and maintain comprehensive records.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
