Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of related experience (10+ preferred)
- RA certification (ideal)
- Strong communication skills
- Deep knowledge of airport operations
- Ability to read and follow technical data
- Understanding of FAA Orders, standards, and safety systems
- Proficiency with AutoCAD or Autodesk Revit (desirable)
- Ability to manage priorities in a matrixed environment
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on vertical airside facility design and maintenance (ATCTs, Terminals, Hangars, MROs, etc.)
- Build and maintain relationships with the FAA and airport clients
- Assist with vertical construction management
- Develop project scope, fees, and documentation
- Support business growth and contract opportunities
- Drive industry partnerships
- Manage project metrics including P&L, sales, and backlog
- Provide expert aviation industry thought leadership
