- 5+ years of Product marketing experience.
- Demonstrated success in marketing CX, CCaaS, or AI technology solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing Management.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively cross-functionally.
- Fast learner, detail-oriented, and capable of working in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Craft strategic positioning and messaging for contact center leaders.
- Define and manage go-to-market strategy including launch planning and use cases.
- Create impactful narratives and training to drive acquisition and expansion.
- Conduct competitive research to identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Develop sales and customer-facing assets including videos and webinars.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and demand generation.
- Partner with product management to influence product vision and roadmap.
- Represent the company at industry events and webinars.
