Requirements
- 5+ years of product marketing or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated success in marketing CX, CCaaS, or AI technology solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing Management (MBA preferred).
- Deep expertise in predictive, progressive, and preview dialing.
- Knowledge of revenue execution, list management, and proactive omnichannel engagement.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
- Fast learner, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Craft strategic positioning and messaging for contact center leaders.
- Define and manage go-to-market strategies for product launches.
- Develop sales enablement content, training, and collateral.
- Conduct competitive research to identify market opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and demand generation.
- Partner with product management to shape future product vision.
- Represent Five9 at events, webinars, and customer activities.
