Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Solutions Marketing within SaaS, AI, or contact center technology
- Strong experience developing product positioning, messaging frameworks, and customer storytelling content
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
- Experience building and scaling customer advocacy and reference programs
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, customer-facing narratives
- Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder exposure
- Experience supporting product launches and go-to-market strategies in B2B environments
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect marketing initiatives to pipeline and revenue impact
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Responsibilities
- Develop industry and solution-level messaging, positioning, and use-case narratives aligned with product strategy
- Lead go-to-market execution for product launches, including cross-functional coordination, enablement, and post-launch optimization
- Create and manage customer advocacy programs, including case studies, references, and customer storytelling assets
- Partner with Sales and Engagement teams to activate customer insights in sales cycles, events, and strategic conversations
- Build vertical-specific content and messaging to support pipeline generation and expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with Brand and Demand Generation teams to integrate customer stories into campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Translate complex technical product capabilities into clear, compelling customer and business narratives
- Develop and support customer engagement initiatives, including events, speaking opportunities, and retention programs
- Identify customer success stories and convert them into scalable marketing and sales assets
- Support internal teams with sales enablement materials that strengthen positioning and differentiation
