Requirements
- Proven experience in both product marketing and professional copywriting for cybersecurity and network security products.
- Deep understanding of networking and security concepts including VPNs, Zero Trust architecture, SD-WAN, network segmentation, and identity-based access.
- Hands-on experience using and directing AI writing tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar LLM-based workflows).
- Demonstrable understanding of how to optimize content for both traditional search engines and AI-driven search models.
- Strong instinct for differentiation and ability to articulate value to developers and C-suite executives.
- Solid experience in enterprise-centric targeting/conversion.
- Excellent cross-functional communication.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product and technical teams to refine product positioning and develop high-impact narratives that differentiate ZeroTier in a crowded market.
- Write and optimize copy across all channels, including high-converting website pages, thought leadership articles, sales enablement assets, and technical playbooks.
- Manage and direct a suite of AI writing agents and LLM-based tools to scale content output.
- Tailor messaging for specific ICPs, including IT Directors, CISOs, and network security pros.
- Contribute to the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Develop substantial evergreen assets such as migration guides, configuration templates, and whitepapers.
