Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with significant focus on building and maintaining robust APIs and SDKs for B2B integration
- 5+ years of engineering management experience, including managing staff and principal level engineers
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering OR equivalent years of work experience
- Golang expertise
- Familiarity with TypeScript and React for frontend services
- Understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
- Experience integrating with third-party financial services or crypto exchanges via REST or WebSockets
- Strong knowledge of financial compliance and security standards
- Expertise in designing and operating large-scale, distributed systems
- Exceptional client-facing communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Work with a team of talented engineers and product managers to deliver products and features
- Partner closely with product and program managers to ensure roadmap is well understood
- Work with the team on technical planning to ensure that product requirements are captured
- Partner with other Engineering Managers to drive the technical roadmap forward
- Manage processes to help the team do its best work
- Recruit, coach, and develop engineers
- Oversee the success of your team's projects and achieve quantifiable results
- Make consistent development contributions to maintain competency with codebase
