- Experience with web conferencing tools like Zoom, GoToMeeting, or Skype
- A/V setup and troubleshooting skills
- Strong verbal communication and public speaking skills
- Dependable vehicle with valid insurance
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to travel up to 65% of the time
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required
Responsibilities
- Conduct live virtual instructor-led classroom sessions for new hires
- Provide continuing education via virtual calls and on-demand sessions
- Create, develop, and manage training content
- Manage customer-facing relationships
- Deliver support role-related content tailored to company requirements
- Train large audiences and update content quickly to ensure alignment
- Monitor virtual audiences and provide feedback to leadership and HR
- Deliver AT&T product and service training to in-person and web-based audiences
- Design and update training programs, job aids, and reference materials
