  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with web conferencing tools like Zoom, GoToMeeting, or Skype
  • A/V setup and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong verbal communication and public speaking skills
  • Dependable vehicle with valid insurance
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Ability to travel up to 65% of the time
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required

Responsibilities

  • Conduct live virtual instructor-led classroom sessions for new hires
  • Provide continuing education via virtual calls and on-demand sessions
  • Create, develop, and manage training content
  • Manage customer-facing relationships
  • Deliver support role-related content tailored to company requirements
  • Train large audiences and update content quickly to ensure alignment
  • Monitor virtual audiences and provide feedback to leadership and HR
  • Deliver AT&T product and service training to in-person and web-based audiences
  • Design and update training programs, job aids, and reference materials
