Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of presentation and training curriculum development experience.
- Expertise in wireless (cellular), high-speed internet, or consumer electronics sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with web conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
- A/V setup and troubleshooting skills (projectors, TVs, audio systems).
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and dependable vehicle.
- Valid passport.
- Ability to travel overnight 1-3 times per quarter.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop clear, engaging, and aesthetically formatted training courses.
- Deliver sales training presentations to retail sales representatives.
- Create and update AT&T training materials for wireless and broadband products.
- Determine delivery methods including online and in-person sessions.
- Master and communicate complex order entry systems, processes, and remedies.
- Maintain up-to-date expertise on changing offers, products, and services.
- Manage scheduling of training sessions.
- Present information clearly to audiences ranging from agents to executives.
